Description

The Gardner-Webb University Jazz Collective will perform a program featuring selections by the likes of Herbie Hancock and Stevie Wonder on Tuesday, Nov. 18. Wally West, the University’s new director of jazz studies, will play alto saxophone and lead the performance, which begins at 8 p.m. in the Dover Theatre on campus. West is an award-winning musician who has served many years as a performer, educator, and band leader in North Carolina.
