Retired Master Sgt. John Whitaker, a decorated war veteran, will be the featured speaker for Gardner-Webb’s Annual Community Memorial Day Observance and Prayer Gathering. The service will be held on Friday, May 24, at 9:30 a.m. in front of Hamrick Hall. In case of rain, the program will be held in Dover Chapel.
