Today, as the world marks the 79th anniversary of D-Day, members of the Gardner-Webb Department of Music will watch the commemoration with special interest, because the Concert Choir and professors have been invited to participate in next year’s 80th anniversary of D-Day. They will join the historic observance in France by performing a memorial concert as a lead ensemble in an international choir.
