The Web Magazine focuses on alumni news and campus events from Gardner-Webb College; now Gardner-Webb University. This issue's top story is about President Chris White and his resignation after serving GWU for 16 years. Dr. Frank Campbell is then named as interim president. There were then landmark announcements that do in fact highlight New Year's opening ceremonies. When speaking about the students, this issue recognizes a freshman's brave response to September 11. With sports, football wins Big South; players earn distinctions.
