Description
The Web Magazine focuses on alumni news and campus events from Gardner-Webb College; now Gardner-Webb University. The Craven E. Williams Observatory was to be constructed. Dr. Betty Emmet Knox was awarded the Alumnus of the Year. Homecoming brought "many memories alive" with Mary Beth Searcy being named the homecoming queen. The Concert Choir was singing in many venues. Robert T. Parsons Jr. was named the director of the B.E. Morris Academy. The football team had a disappointing year in sports. The volleyball team had the best year in school history..
