Description

The Web Magazine focuses on alumni news and campus events from Gardner-Webb College; now Gardner-Webb University. After the resignation of the previous president, the new presidential search is underway. While this is going on, there was a major grant given to develop and organize a marketing plan. A missionary, Annette Hall, joined the staff at the campus in Statesville. There were approximately 114 people that graduated in the previous summer commencement.There was an orientation held for five students who were visually handicapped, and it was deemed a success. The graduate program of the college hooded its 138th candidate during this time.
