Original log home of Dr. Andrews grandfather Samuel Andrews. Benjamin Franklin Andrews home, between Rutherfordton and Morganton, Route 118 near Rutherfordton (about 8 miles) where his son Samuel was born, and Samuel's son, Dr. W. P. Andrews, was born. Elizabeth Watson who married Benjamin Franklin Andrews lived here with him, and here were born their children - Dr. W. P. Andrews, the father of Mrs. James L. Webb who was mother of Mrs. O.
