Horace Alexander, son of Midora Webb Alexander and cousin of Fay Webb Gardner, was enlisted in the Seventh Corp stationed at Camp Cuba Libre during the Spanish-American War. Envelop includes a short note from an unknown person with the initials T. D. M.
