Streetscape of S. Washington Street, now part of the Central Shelby Historic District, includes view of Webbley to left.

Webbley was the home of Fay Webb Gardner.

Originally built between 1852 and 1855 by attorney Augustus W. Burton, the property was purchased in 1911 by Fay's father, Judge James Landrum Webb.
