Description
Gardner-Webb, The Magazine, previously titled The Webb Magazine, focuses on alumni news and campus events from Gardner-Webb College; now Gardner-Webb University. This issue includes articles about the achievements of staff and students, awards and honors that Gardner-Webb has received, and new events and additions to the school. One article takes a look into the first 10 years of Dr. Frank A. Bonner's presidency. There are several articles highlighting students, alumni, and programs on campus like the softball team and Paws Awhile, a program that brings therapy dogs to Gardner-Webb. Eddie Holbrook is honored by the addition of his name to the basketball court. There is also a section honoring those who have passed that contributed to Gardner-Webb including Manual "Allen" Setzer, Roger Hornsby McKee, Dan Proctor, Lonnie Proctor, and Mike Roebuck.
