Description
The 1881 meeting of the Kings Mountain Baptist Association took place at Buffalo Church (present day: Buffalo Baptist Church) in Blacksburg, SC. The introductory sermon was delivered by W.A. Nelson. This meeting celebrated the Association's thirtieth anniversary. The Association recommends discontinuing the use, sale, or manufacturing of alcoholic beverages. The Committee on Education recommends providing more educational resources for both girls and boys.
