Description
The 1923 meeting of the Kings Mountain Baptist Association took place at Lattimore Baptist Church in Lattimore, NC. The introductory sermon was delivered by J. R. Green. The Report on State Missions indicated that public education, agriculture and farming, and industrial centers are growing in North Carolina. In the resolution on New Testament Stewardship, the Association recommends that church members a regular and systematic way of giving. The Boiling Springs High School Annual Report mentioned decreased enrollment in the lower grades, and preparations for a transition to a junior college.
