Description

The Web Magazine focuses on alumni news and campus events from Gardner-Webb College; now Gardner-Webb University. This issue of the Web starts off with a "President's Update" in which he gives more insight into his reasoning for choosing GWU. The next big story is the one entitled "Honor Codes" which is a debate that occurred during that time. GWU was also proud to offer its second doctoral degree in the fall of 2003. Many faculty members were recognized but the one who stands out is Dr. Tom Jones. Then, the student spotlight is on Justin Alston who struggled with health problems but still got his diploma. In sports, the national media expects bulldogs to be on top. Lastly, a new alumni director settles in.
