Description
The Web Magazine focuses on alumni news and campus events from Gardner-Webb College; now Gardner-Webb University. This issue begins with a segment about the newly elected GWC President Christopher White, followed by pieces concerning student retention and the criminal justice program. The inside of this issue discusses finances of the college, the ROTC program on campus, a plan for an observatory for the department of natural sciences, and the first annual Festival of Lights. A recap of Parents' Day is provided along with a schedule for Alumni Day, an announcement of the opening of the GW bookstore, and a photo of the homecoming queen, Mary Willoughby. Finally, updates on several sports teams are provided.
