Description
The Web Magazine focuses on alumni news and campus events from Gardner-Webb College; now Gardner-Webb University. This issue recognizes several students for awards/scholarships, depicts the new presidential medallion, announces the construction of the Lutz-Yelton Convocation Center and the date of homecoming, discusses a few grants that GW had received, and pays tribute to Hobart Smith. It also announces new staff members and their respective positions, praises student who had become missionary journeymen, and provides a layout concerning where the annual college fund stood. Summer events were covered from camps to commencement, sports and clubs are discussed, and annual fund contributors are recognized.
