Description
The Web Magazine focuses on alumni news and campus events from Gardner-Webb College; now Gardner-Webb University. This issue begins with the recap of Dr. John D. Phillips', President of the National Association of Independent Colleges and Universities, address to students to officially begin the school year. Gardner- Webb also began a program in Human Services. Debbie B. Putnam was named the new editor of the magazine. The first Criminal Justice major, Thomas A. Johnson, graduated.Thomas Moore was named the new head coach of the football team. This issue heavily focuses on the fundraising efforts of the school, offering many different means of support.
