Gardner-Webb University’s Office of Church Relations and Office of Community Relations are joining forces for the third time to co-sponsor an annual event as part of the Hickory Crawdads (Hickory, N.C.) regular season game against the Delmarva Shorebirds. The ‘Dads Annual Christian Concert is planned for Saturday, Aug. 16, following the 6 p.m. game. “This is our third year of sponsoring this event and through it, we are building relationships with churches and communities in our region,” said Aaron Hinton, director of the Office of Church Relations and the Christian Service Organization (CSO).
