Description

The New Year typically brings New Year’s resolutions about taking better care of our body and health. Most of us have heard at some point that we need to diet and exercise our way to health. In addition, we have heard the benefits of a healthy lifestyle: lowered risk of all causes of mortality (heart disease, certain cancers, diabetes, hypertension, depression, and anxiety, to name a few).
