Description
The Web Magazine focuses on alumni news and campus events from Gardner-Webb College; now Gardner-Webb University. This issue's top story on plans and possibilities is given by former N.C. Superior Court Judge John M. Gardner in which he includes his opinions on law school, a new campus, and the NCAA Division 1. Former Pastor, Dr. Robert Canoy, takes on the role as Associate Dean of GWU. It is also important to recognize students and their experiences in life. In this issue a young man by the name of Donnie Thurman tells us about his near-death experience and the death of his mother and how that has motivated him to pursue a career in Vocational Rehabilitation. Lastly, since we last met, NC Senator Walter Dalton was honored at the summer graduation.
