After a national search conducted by Buffkin/Baker, Gardner-Webb University President Dr. William M. Downs has named Tim Shuey as vice president for Finance and Administration, effective June 1. Shuey comes to GWU from The Pennsylvania State University in State College, where he was the financial officer for the College of Engineering.
