Gardner-Webb University President Dr. William M. Downs recently presented two Grant-Seeking Reassignment Awards for academic year 2021-22. This honor provides recipients the time to prepare and submit a proposal for extramural funding in support of scholarly activities and program enhancement. This year’s winners are Dr. Steven Harmon, professor of historical theology, and Dr. Patricia Sparti, professor of music. “
